And it covers various grades of low-alloy steels as well as ferritic, martensitic, austenitic, and ferritic austenitic stainless steels. F51 is a duplex steel material grade code under the ASTM A182 standard. The more common common name is 2205 duplex steel, which comes from its typical chemical composition ratio of about 22% chromium and 5% nickel.
